WHAT IS A SCREENING EVENT? - ENGLISH
In a screening event, the audience (your members, patrons, students) watch the film and then there is a program afterwards. The film can be made available either remotely (for a specified, mutually agreed-upon period – often a week or 10 days) or live, in-person. The remainder of the program can vary from a Q&A with the filmmaker to a panel discussion related to the topic of the film…and almost anything in between.

En un evento, los clientes (los socios, alumnos, seguidores….) de la organización solicitando el evento tienen la oportunidad de visionar un documental en formato remoto por un tiempo que acordamos juntos (normalmente unos 10 días) y posteriormente participar en un encuentro – o con la directora o con una mesa de expertos. Este programación pueda ser virtual o en vivo.
Types of Presentation - Formatos de una presentación
INCLUDES — INCLUYE:
· a 10-30 min. selection from documentary (your choice of duration). –De 10-30 minutos de la película (a Uds. de eligir)
· Q&A with the filmmaker (often Zoom) OR panel presentation (can include someone from your organization). — Q&A con la cineasta (normalmente por Zoom) o una mesa redonda (se puede incluir alguien de su organización).
· Classroom supplements with sample discussion questions about drums, culture and music. — Material para las clases como preguntas relalcionadas con los tambores, la cultura y la música.
· Postcards and a poster as digital downloads. — Tarjetas postales y carteles (en formato digital).
